As the truckers’ protest in Canada has intensified, authorities in the United States said they are bracing for the possibility of a similar protest in the country. In a bulletin distributed to local and state law enforcement agencies, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) relayed a report it received that truckers are planning to “potentially block roads in major metropolitan cities” to protest the government’s vaccine mandates.
