Don't eat after 8pm and simply avoid those added calories but you will sleep more beneficial.
This means that when you ship a creation to someone outside Canada, you don't charge F.S.T. Give yourself a treat once a day (ie. half a cookie) and you'll feel you are missing on the internet.
